DGrid can notify you by email or Webhook. Choose one or both channels for each event, and send a test notification to check delivery. Go to DGrid Settings → Notifications.

Available events

Deposit Balance is your recharge balance, excluding subscription balance. Email and Webhook are selected independently for each event. You can enable either channel or both; Webhook does not require a bound email address. After changing the threshold or event switches, click Save below the event list.

Set up email notifications

Bind and verify your email

  1. Open Settings and find Email Binding.
  2. Enter the address that should receive notifications in Billing email, then click Send Code.
  3. Find the verification code in that mailbox, enter it in Verification code, and click Verify.
  4. Check that Verified appears next to the address and that Email delivery shows the same verified address. DGrid sends email notifications to this address.
To change your email address: Enter the new address directly in the Billing email field, click Send Code, then enter the code received at the new address and click Verify again. Email notifications go to the new address after it shows Verified. An unverified address cannot receive notifications through the Email switches in the event list.

Select events and send a test

  1. Under Notifications, set the Low balance threshold in USDT. For example, with a threshold of 10, a low balance notification can be triggered when the Deposit Balance first falls to 10 USDT or less.
  2. Turn on Email for each event you want to receive.
  3. Click Save below the event list.
  4. In an enabled event’s Send Test column, click Email. After DGrid reports that the test was sent, check the verified mailbox, including its spam folder if needed.
A test notification checks email delivery. It does not change your DGrid balance or execute an Auto Deposit.

Set up Lark Webhook notifications

DGrid accepts a Lark group custom bot Webhook URL directly. See Lark’s official Custom bot usage guide for the bot setup steps.

Get a Webhook URL from Lark

  1. Open the Lark group that should receive notifications. In the group settings, open Bots, then add a Custom bot.
  2. Name the bot and copy the Webhook URL it provides. The URL typically starts with https://open.larksuite.com/open-apis/bot/v2/hook/.
  3. Keep this URL private. Anyone with it may be able to post messages to the group; do not publish it in documentation or source code.
If the bot uses signature verification, keywords, or an IP allowlist, make sure DGrid’s requests satisfy those security settings. The official Lark guide above explains how to configure them.

Save and enable the Webhook in DGrid

  1. In the Notifications area of Settings, select Channel configuration → Webhook.
  2. Paste the Lark bot URL into Endpoint URL. DGrid selects the compatible Webhook integration from the address. The URL must use HTTPS.
  3. If signature verification is enabled for the Lark bot, enter its key in Signing secret. Otherwise, leave the field blank. The saved secret is not shown again; enter a new value to replace it.
  4. Turn on the Webhook switch and click Save in this channel configuration area. Check that the channel shows On / Ready.
  5. In the event list above, enable Webhook for each event you want to send, then click the event list’s Save button. Saving a URL alone does not subscribe you to any event.
  6. In an event row with Webhook enabled, click Send Test → Webhook. Check the Lark group for the test message.
Use Delivery history (last 30 days) below the channel settings to review the event, status, attempt count, response code, and last attempt time of Webhook deliveries. Test deliveries can help confirm that the connection works.

Forward to other platforms

Provide a public HTTPS receiver URL, enable Webhook, generate a DGrid Signing Secret with Rotate Secret, and configure signature verification on your receiver. Enable and save the events you want, then send a test notification.See the Webhook guide for receiver configuration, event payloads, signature verification, and delivery handling.
The Lark bot signing key above belongs to the Lark integration. For a custom receiver, use the DGrid Signing Secret generated by Rotate Secret and the verification protocol in the Webhook guide.

Troubleshooting

Yes. Enable and save Email and Webhook for the same event.
No. A test only checks notification delivery.
